About the assignment

At Bemannia, we are seeking a driven caretaker for a community-critical authority in Solna. The assignment is a consultancy role through us at Bemannia and the position is a fixed-term employment with a workload of 100%. The assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and will last for 6 months with the possibility of extension. You will work in the client's premises in Solna during office hours between 08:00-16:30 on weekdays.

Your tasks

You will work with various caretaker tasks and become part of a close-knit team. The role offers a broad mix of tasks within caretaking, where you contribute to creating a well-functioning and pleasant environment.

Examples of tasks include:

• Responsible for administration, distribution, and programming of lockers
• Responsible for handling access cards, codes, keys, and locks, including administration of loan cards for craftsmen. Manage alarm and access control systems and ensure access control within the premises
• Maintenance of fire alarms and ensuring that fire protection is updated and functioning according to current guidelines
• Purchasing including handling invoices
• Manage dialogue with external suppliers
• Handle various types of fault reports in the premises
• Maintain storage areas and inventory as needed
• Responsible for handling mail, goods, and packages
• Repairs
• Prepare rooms and maintain the premises
• Responsible for monitoring and emptying confidential waste bins and paper bins, as well as handling waste such as batteries and light bulbs correctly

Your qualifications

• Good knowledge of the Office suite software
• Express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and have basic knowledge of English
• At least 2 years of work experience as a caretaker
